Løperkne er en av de vanligste skadene blant utholdenhetsutøvere i dag. Gjennom omfattende forskning og utvikling har Rehband laget UD løperkne-/ITBS-tights til kvinner, en unik tights som gir skadeforebygging og rehabilitasjon. Dette produktet er det første i sitt slag, designet for å forhindre utviklingen av løperkne, med en medisinsk klassifisering som beviser det.

Tightsen er laget av førsteklasses resirkulert polyamid og perforerte neoprenpaneler, som strekker seg over hofte- og kneleddene. Neoprenpanelene gir målrettet varme og komprimering til områdene som assosieres med løperkne. Dette resulterer i smertelindring og forebygging av tilbakevendende skader.
